Ultrasonic Sensors
Why Choose ClampOn

ClampOn - a leading supplier of top and undersea ultrasonic intelligent sensors

ClampOn has been the largest supplier of manual ultrasound systems for sand / particle detection in the international oil and gas sector since early 1994. All products from ClampOn, Sand Detectors, PIG Detectors, Corrosion Protection Monitors, Vibration Monitors and Leak Detectors are based on well-proven technology platforms. Top and bottom instruments incorporate complete digitization, eliminating digital signal processing (DSP), analog filters, circuits and amplifiers.

The ClampOn Ultrasonic Intelligent Sensor handles all the data (patent principles) of the sensor itself, allowing the instrument to distinguish between sand production and flow generation noise. Variations in flow rates and gas / oil ratios are important to users as they do not affect system performance. The good noise (s / n) ratio is essential for this type of quality measurement, and ClampOn's sensors are the best in this respect. In the new version, external noise has been completely removed. This sensor has a memory capacity to store up to 60 days of data and can be reprogrammed between a sand monitor, PIG detector or leak monitor.
